He was so generous with his time and showed us the house we wanted to see, plus then toured us through the nearby town to get a feel for the area. (now prior CA residents) We decided to move our trip up sooner to be able to see the house in person. Right before our trip it went off the market :(, then "THE" house popped up hours later that we added to the list of houses we wanted to see. We visited NH for the weekend, never had been before, we met Jessica on a Sat at an open house in Bow, saw a few others houses in the area. We visited our favorite house again the next day. She helped up craft the perfect offer (in the airport hotel) in cooperation with our selling agent in CA. We got the call the next morning! The house was ours!
